Can I personally list my property on the MLS without a REALTORĀ®?
No, only a licensed REALTOR® who is member NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the local MLS board can list on the MLS. There is no other way.

Can I cancel listing at anytime and list with another agent?
Yes, you may cancel your listing at anytime, unless your home is under contract.
How do buyer agents know how much commission we are offering?
It is posted on the MLS for agents to see.
How do potential buyers contact me?
Silver Plan: Should buyers call us or email us, we give them your contact information and/or forward them directly to you. Gold or Platinum Plan:
All calls and emails are routed through our office. We will qualify the buyers for you and encourage them to set up a showing with you by talking up your house as best as we can and making sure they are qualified to buy.
How does Flat Fee Listing work?
Listing on the MLS for a flat fee is the exact same thing as listing with a 6% REALTOR®. You are just paying less money to get the exact same service. We are REALTORS® and a BROKER. Your listing looks exactly the same as all other listings. You can sell your property to someone not represented by an agent and NOT pay a buyer agent commission, however if an agent brings a buyer, that agent will need to be paid a commission. This is perfect for For Sale By Owners and all other property owners.
How long before I receive the sign and lock box?
Typically within 3-5 business days of your order the sign and lockbox will be delivered.
How Long does it take to get listed?
The online listing entry page includes 3 STEPS that must be completed online. Once each step is complete our office will acknowledge and begin the final process & communicate via email what is required. The entire process can take up to +/-3 business days depending on how quickly the forms are complete
How will I get offers?
Silver Plan: All offers are submitted directly to you. Our office is copied on the offer to ensure the agents have your correct contact information.
Gold or Platinum Plan: All offers are submitted directly to our negotiating team, 7 days a week. We will contact you immeditatley to review and discuss.
Is the flat fee all we pay you to list? Do we owe you anymore fees at closing?
There is nothing due at closing, the flat fee you pay up front is all you owe for our services!

What phone number goes on the sign?
Our 800 number is listed on the yard sign. Buyer leads are a number one priority for us.
When will I receive my MLS#?
Your MLS# is generated at the time we list your property on the MLS. Once listed we will email you a link to your listing and your MLS number.
Will buyer's agents be reluctant to show my property listed like this?
No, as your listing looks just like all other listings on the MLS. You are listed the exact same way as all other listings. How much money you pay us to list your property is not posted on the MLS and agents are not concerned with how much you paid us, they are only concerned with how much money they will make.
Will my phone number be on the MLS?
Yes, under the Silver MLS package your phone number is listed in MLS
No, under the Gold and Platinum MLS package your phone number is not listed. This is because your listing is classified as 'Full Service' and is a requirenment of your local MLS.
